Each fall, the Scholarship Committee visits colleges and universities throughout New York State to talk to engineering students about consulting engineering and to present the scholarship program. Applying students are judged on their grades, school and work experiences, as well as an essay. The Scholarship Committee then determines the winners, and awards are presented in the spring.
